Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics dashboard gives you full visibility into your segmentation operations — from event volume and user growth to activation health and AI query usage.
Navigate to Analytics in the sidebar. The dashboard is organized into six tabs:
Overview Tab#
The Overview tab provides a high-level summary of your segmentation operations:
- Total segment members — sum of all current memberships across all segments
- Segment size trends — line chart of member counts over time, one line per segment
- Top segments by size — ranked list of your largest audiences
- Recent computes — log of the last N segment recomputes with duration and member count
Events Tab#
The Events tab shows your ingestion activity:
- Event volume timeseries — hourly/daily event count, selectable 24h / 7d window
- Top event types — bar chart of the most frequently ingested event types
- Ingestion errors — count of dropped events by error type (schema violations, malformed payloads)
Users Tab#
Understand your user population over time:
- New users — users seen for the first time in a given window
- DAU / WAU / MAU — daily, weekly, and monthly active users based on any event activity
- User growth trend — cumulative unique user count over time
Activations Tab#
Monitor the health of your activation connectors:
- Sync logs — chronological list of all sync events with status, user count synced, and duration
- Connector health — status indicator for each connector (active / error)
- Error details — expandable rows with the
last_errormessage for failed syncs
AI Queries Tab#
Track usage of the AI segment builder:
- Query volume — number of AI builder prompts submitted per day
- Success rate — percentage of prompts that produced a valid DSL definition
- Top prompts — most common prompt patterns used by your team
- Applied rate — percentage of AI-generated definitions that were saved to a segment
Competitors Tab#
The Competitors tab is available if Competitor Intelligence is enabled for your tenant. It shows:
- Competitor leaderboard — win rates against tracked competitors
- Snapshot history — competitor intelligence data over time
- Alerts — notifications when win rates change significantly
Date Range Selection#
All charts in the Analytics dashboard support date range filtering. Use the date picker at the top of the dashboard to select a custom range or choose a preset (Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days). Data is queried live from the analytics warehouse.
